I picked up a Troy 2 point sling and I’m starting to think that I could have made a better choice. I was hoping to get a link on how to use it it doesnt seem to be user friendly.
The best advice I have for you is to return it and get a Vickers AA model, VCAS, or Emdom MM Gunslinger. I ordered the Troy padded two-point sling once upon a time and didn’t even bother taking it out of the packaging.
I’ll echo the above advice. Personally I prefer the Vickers AA model. I currently own 3 AA’s, 1 Victory, and 1 padded BFG. I traded off the Troy quickly. I love many of their products, slings not included.
I also recently purchased Vickers and used it at the Sheriff’s range for training. It is the best sling I have ever had. I am ordering another one for my second rifle.

I have an emdom gunslinger on my ak and am actually thinking of trading in my ms2 for another gunsling on my ar. they are awesome slings. I don’t know anything about the Troy sling to be honest.
Vickers is the best sling i can find for a real duty sling! nice bacause it doesnt slide adjust too easy. i like that. tough sling!
