Trouble with threads on new bbl

So I’ve been bitten by the .22 bug, ouch it’s expensive.

I am waiting on iorn sights for my new upper.

I can not thread the OutbackII can on to The new bbl. I emailed the manufacturer yesterday. I am sure I will hear back soon. Just wanted to know if you guys had a fix. I threaded an AAC FH on and off with no issues several times, still no go on the can. Then I put it on two more guns,mtried again and back on the other two guns. I took the photos today n

The can fits on my 45/22 and my son’s 15-22. I just double checked. An AAC FH fits on the bbl but not the can. Here are some photos.

Clint called me today on my cell around 3 pm. We spoke for a while and he suggested I try threading it on with some oil. I tried grease earlier. I am impressed with him for calling so quickly, on a weekend. He said if it didn’t work, which I hope it does, he would swap it out.
