I have a Trijicon Reflex II that is getting pretty old and the tritium light is dimming to the point that I can no longer use it. I also have an ACOG that is getting “long in the tooth” too (still working).
Has anyone else had to replace “the guts” to their Reflex II sites? What about the Trijicon ACOG’s?
Is this fixable by Trijicon. Economical to do so, what am I looking at as far as costs? What is their turnaround time?

Saw someone post once that it cost $400 to put tritum back into an ACOG. Not sure the actual amount.

Have you considered taking this as an opportunity to upgrade the reflex to something like an Aimpoint or Trijicon’s newest reflex? Many people (including myself) did not like the reflex because it washed out when using a white light and was hard to see when both you and the target were in full sunlight.
I had an ACOG TA01 rebuilt(windage was stuck) and tritium replaced last year total cost was $566.

Yes, I have a few of Trijicon’s products that are getting older. If replacing the tritium of the Reflex II was reasonable, I’d like put it on a .22 that I have. It’s just to well made not to get it fixed and/or to throw it into the trash… Costs are the biggest factor so I’m hoping for a reasonable fix.
have you contacted trijicon yet? That would be the best course of action. over the phone they can give you an estimate on replacement costs and turnaround time.

Funny, 10 to 15 years ago seemed so far off into the future… For me, the future is now.
If you can, check out the newer reflex models… they are WELL worth the upgrade. I had an RX30-23 and it was absolutely astounding.
