Trijicon Accupower or equivalent help!

Does anyone have any experience with the Trijicon Accupower RS24 1-4x24 w/ MOA crosshair?. I know absolutely nothing about scopes. I don’t know were to begin or even what to look for in a scope. Could anyone please help direct me in the right direction and or make recommendations for a scope that might fit my needs.

I will use this on a Noveske Recon NSR 16"
needs to be somewhat precise in the 100-400 yard range
easy to operate in daytime and lowlight-twilight condition
large eye relief with clear and crisp sight picture
some one mentioned going with a 30mm tube, or 34mm (most scopes are 30mm and most mounts and rings I like are 30mm)

I have the segmented circle version. I had no problem hitting a 5" steel at 200+ yards with IMI M193. I am ditching my RDS since it is fast enough at 0-15 yards and I don’t get reticle bloom from my astigmatism.
