I have an uncommitted lower I am thinking of building into a pistol and putting a 12.5" upper on it. If the SHTF off comes the lower and on goes the rifle lower. The pistol would be mostly an excuse to have a 12.5 with plausible deniability of having an SBR until then. Of course, if I am at the range by myself, who knows what configuration I have on two guns (pistol and 16" BCM middie). Of course I separate the uppers and lowers when I’m not shooting.
