Like title says I have an opportunity to trade an SLR 107 for a like new LWRC M6A1-S straight across. Should I?
I’d rather have the AK but unless I’m missing something you are getting the better end of the deal monetary wise.
Unless you have a burning desire for an LWRC and are getting a smoking deal, I would hold on to the Arsenal. I was on the hunt for a “reasonably” priced Arsenal for a project, and they are getting harder and harder to find. With Arsenal fulfilling military contracts and the election coming up, I wouldn’t be in a big hurry.
This is a good point. AK market is very different than the domestic AR market. These guns come in the country in large waves then typically dry up until the next big shipment.
I’ve got a handful of 107’s…very nice rifles.
I would much rather have the SLR-107FR.

Heck ya I would jump on the M6A1. Solid rifle.
Arsenal with out a doubt. Check their web site, the SLR107s are drying up. Plus the Arsenal is a better rifle than any AR.
Definitely keep the AK. Much better gun imo.
