Got an offer to straight trade my AK103K for a NIB Colt LE6290. The AR is bone stock, with the 2 20rd mags it comes with, and whatever else is included. The AK would be leaving with 3-4 mags and a handful of extras. Been looking to get into an AR for a while now, but I dont know if I’m ready to turn my back on this AK. The inevitable “get both” is not an option. Thoughts?
Heres the rifle in question, if it makes a difference.
Keep the AK brother, you’ll end up wanting another one down the road and you won’t find as nice of one as your 103K for the price you paid for it. Nice AK’s are only increasing in value
Heres a possible option.
Wallyworld is extending layaways to guns. Gotta pay it off by mid december. Calcellable too, and all you lose is $5.
im getting a 2nd 6920 this way:D
Keep the AK. I have a Krebs AK-103K (with another on the way) and two Krebs AK-74K rifles. I wouldn’t trade any of them for a Colt rifle, or any other DI rifle in my opinion.
I have a LWRC REPR and M6A3 which I love, but my AK-103K is my SHTF rifle.
I would personally keep the AK; especially with the recent chatter that it is at the top of a future assault weapons ban list. I say get them while you can and if you have one don’t get rid of it.
I agree. Now is the time to sell off what you don’t want while demand is getting high. Anything that you like that you might not be able to replace, you keep.
