His office apparently put out a statement that he was trying to say that the economy and infrastructure would metaphorically tip over with the extra people. Suuuure. I thought this clip was hilarious, until it sunk in that this guy helps create laws for our nation.
This should be illegal, I heard it on talk radio driving and almost wrecked my car! 
I’ve had friends that were on 6 different drugs and English was their 2nd language and they spoke better at the time than this guy. hilarious!

i have to be honest…having lived in Georgia for many years…I am not surprised at all by what he just said…
don’t get me wrong, I love Georgia, and if I could swing it, I’d move back to Savannah in a heartbeat…
