IMO RMR7 adjustable. I run one on my FNX tactical and I’m considering getting the slide milled on my glock 20 and buying another.
I use the Trijicon RMR06 on my Smith M&P9c for about two years now without any issues or battery changes. It is an adjustable led rmr with a 3.25 moa dot. I got it from Grant at G&R for a good price. Who btw is a sponsor here.

I also had all of my sldie work done by ATEI and cannot recommend them enough. Some of the best work I have seen slide wise. You will have to send in your RMR with the gun/slide as they do differ ever so slightly. Not all machinest do that, it is a plus. Turn around was reasonable for e work I had done, Mill and mount RMR, front slide serrations, refinishing. I beleive it was around two weeks. But that was about two years ago so your mileage may vary. It woukd be in your interest to look at his work.
I know i am going a bit over what you asked in your original post yet I still feel it is wihin the scope of it. I have had many pistol grips redone, about a dozen. The best work I have seen so far has been from Ben at Boresight Solutions. Good luck and god speed.
Years ago I put a standard red dot Deltapoint on my G19 because the RMR is wider than the G19 slide. I’m not sure if it could catch on anything, but it was enough to make me look elsewhere. I also have a orange delta Deltapoint, but I much prefer the red dot. One day I hope to get a G40 10mm long slide with a RMR.
FWIW…I purchased two Trijicon RMRs and each one “winked out” on me and were not reliable. I’m patiently waiting for the Leupold Delta Pro and will look forward to reading about how others are finding it for a year or so before I consider another RMR.
