Im coming up on having my SBR for close to 6 months and Ive gotten it to the point where im totally happy. Every round I squeeze off just brings a smile to my face. Thanks to everyone on this board that helped me get it to this point
Lower just after getting engraved by Ident marking (longest 64 days of my life LOL)
The week I got my stamp back
For some reason my ACS wobbled to much for my liking so I put my CTR on
I needed some rails and a for grip so in comes the 9" Larue rail and AFG
I really didnt like the the ctr so off it went for a Sopmod. Also had to return the t-1 to my buddy who lent it to me
Oh its killed some shit. Ive killed 3 foxes and 6-7 ground hogs
Than I ended up getting 2 of the greatest deals of my life and finally got to configure my sbr the way I wanted from the start. LWRC M6A2 10.5 upper and Eotech XPS-2. And I put a SF brake on it
Fairly offal… I mean fairly AWESOME. Im not gonna lie with wolf and under power stuff its not bad. But with M855/SS109 its ungodly loud and violent but thats why I love it:D
These are monsters! I always get the bad looks from the wood stock shooters when firing mine. Same goes for firing my Krink. They never get more than “boy that thing is lound” when I am range office and my word is it.
To get my point over, I think the piston rocks in an SBR or rather shorter barrel with use of a FA or SBR(with suppressor) IMHO way more reliable than DI w/Lube. Not necessarily a popular opinion here, but since you are on the NFA forum and those of us with full autos like using them…so be it.
