Time to register your printers

“Shall not infringe”

Not really surprised by the actions of Chucky just further proof tying it all in. Containment & control.

It was already done years ago in movie w/ John Malkovich “in the Line of Fire” 1993 etc.

Yeah Chucky go get em’ with the FUD …

But but but… he says he supports the 2nd Amendment!

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

“A terrorist, someone who’s mentally ill, a spousal abuser, a felon can essentially open a gun factory in their garage,” said Schumer.

:alcoholic:

Another piece of retarded legislation from the left in this country. Any wrong doer can simply either steal a weapon or go to any bad area of a major urban area and obtain a weapon for far cheaper than investing in a 3D printer.

Sure because banning 3d printers, pressure cookers, and fireworks did a lot of good in stopping Boston from happening… oh wait…

Newark special. I used to go in Newark NJ. I would have late classes and on my drive home my car was approached twice by someone asking me if I want to buy either drugs or a gun.

After the second time it happened, I would not stop at red lights after the sun went down. I figured I would rather be pulled over then approached by those guys again, at least then I would be in the presence of a cop lol.

In East Germany the government tightly controlled type writers to control the dissemination of information. In 2013, the government wants to control printers… hmmm

Anyone who owns a shotgun is a gun loving American, we all know that.

Sorry - I don’t take orders from agents of foreign governments…

“People have made silencers, stocks, triggers and lots of other gun parts. They can then upload these digital blueprints to the web and then anyone with one of these printers – and the printers cost about $1,000 – can make one,” Schumer said.

Bold emphasis added by me…

My lack of knowledge on the construction of NFA stuff could be a problem, but these pieces being produced in 3D printers aren’t exactly sturdy from what I understand. So how could one fashion a suppressor or trigger that would stand up to more than a round or two? Seems like a lot of stress on those parts above and beyond a normal magazine.

But then again, not stopping idiots who don’t understand something from trying to ban something. Shoulder thing that goes up comes immediately to mind. Kinda answered my own question there.

But in seriousness, have the materials for 3D printers gotten better in the past couple of years to where this is viable?

Function doesn’t matter, only the theoretical possibility.

Which is tantamount to punishing someone for something they haven’t done yet.

Not to mention that under zero tolerance a picture of a gun is the same as a real gun.

They just suspended another kid the other day that made “machine gun noises” with a pencil in his hand. You should hear the crazy bitch explaining how that pencil could be a threat to some students.

The kids father is a Marine and he is 7 years old.

I have a book that I had to make when I was in… I don’t know… really young… had to paste some pictures and write a little story. I had my favorite show as the Man from UNCLE and had a picture with those guys holding guns. Then one question was what did you want if you unlimited money or when you grew up or something… I wanted a speed boat with machine guns. … I guess they would just send me to some reprogramming camp these days.

It is really sad these evil morons have gotten to such places of power.

The woman in this video has no business being around schools.

It’s pretty clear that anything, that anyone can even remotely associate with guns is and will continue to be under attack until all these people are removed from their jobs.

Precrime department…

Didn’t The One say in a speech the other day not to listen to those who speak about a tyrannical government? Guess we can all relax now that Chuckie has saved us from homegrown guns. I for one feel much safer.

That was Obama!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rp3bpBmH5Ic … what a bastard… but he holds an honorable office!

So when do we have to register our CNC machines and lathes?

When Feinstein tells us a homemade gun is more deadly and can shoot more bullets faster.

So I have access to this technology and I will be printing one of these guns to see how it goes. I’ll probably shoot it with a face shield, leather gloves, and a leather apron.

I’m doing it mainly as a joke/sideshow to this fucking joke/sideshow that is this entire hoopla to do about nothing.

To quote my friend who’s a machinist: Anyone in America with a Machine Shop can make a gun.

This 3D printer hype is so fucking out of touch.
