I have no experience with the XT rail panels, but the Magpul XTM panels are excellent. They have a great feel on the rail, they offer great insulation from heat, and they are great to work around the rail mounted accessories.

It is pretty obvious I really like them, with all three ARs completely covered with them.

what kind of buffer do you use in the 16" Carbines? Any reason you went with the LMT 2 stage over the Geissele SSA?

How do you like the Daniel Defense rail, does it feel to big, or bulky? Is it worth upgrading to the DD rail from a stock LWRC rail?
