Just under the left armpit, on that little MOLLE patch. Has anyone done this, or investigated whether it’d be worth it? I was thinking maybe the blue force gear ten speed pouch, so that it’d lay flat when not being used, or could keep a flashlight or other gear. Thoughts?

At some point, I’d like like to get the OSOE Medical insert tray in a double m4 pouch on the right side. What do you think?
I have it in a double. Can’t get much in it. If you want a full VOK or BOK, get a triple mag pouch. The insert will work either way.
