Just purchased another Baer. Purchased a UTC earlier this year and carry it daily. I thought I needed another full size just to put in the rotation, grin. This one is Hard Chromed, should be here late next week.

Yes they are addictive. I have more 1911s’ than any type of guns I own. You’ll soon discover Commanders type 1911s’, other calibers, and other frame materials. Sometimes I think my addiction needs an Intervention. 
The real problem lies when u start finding top end smiths u like… And then u need a full size, full size railed, commander from each… Possibly a 9mm… And a 38 super… And
The other posters have it correct, be ready for the addiction. There is no end. I keep telling my spouse “this is the last one”
