What’s up with it?
Saw this on IG this morning.
The other odd thing is that once he starts talking, his bling rate is like 1/5 the rate of Hemmer and Perino.

Clutch Cargo and his friends.
Lol never saw that one before. It’s like a mix of Johnny Quest and something else.
It’s from the mid Fifties to Early Sixties, it looks like the first Japanese animation that I can recall, as you can see, very cheap to make and if you shoot the lips only over the cartoon characters story, you can change lips and change languages.
Remember LSD was still legal when this looked like a good idea.
The audio tone/quality reminds me of coin operated cartoon players. Best i can recall you got in and sat down like the instant photo machines, so the 2 may have used the same housings.
For whatever reason, i can recall Woody Woodpecker and Chilly Willy as being the most common. The audio in the coin players sounded different than watching them on tv(piece of fairly nice furniture with electronic innards that must have had lead or tungsten loaded inside).
I can only remember those in a few stores in Lexington, KY and maybe another city or 2 of similar size. They were stuck in along side gum ball machines and early video games. Seems like the last time I saw one was about 1981 or 1982.
Fun reading excuses for this from devout FOX viewers.
Kim Jong Un should request network higher ups to head over as advisers to get people to genuinely see and believe shit that isn’t true.
Their method doesn’t even require threats.
Little 8mm shorts.
There was a Classic time in Cartooning in the 40’s and early 50’s and then it kind of wierded out and they went from Classic Feature effects to near crap quality by the 60’s.
That mask is crazy if you get still photo’s it really bad. I have no idea what thats all about
