I would guess that what’s on the screen is a combination of a severe case of nerves and the desire to appear “intense” to the audience. Unfortunately everyone doesn’t understand how to give a speech with intensity. There’s a not-so-fine line between delivering a speech with passion and coming across as someone who is off their meds.
One could make the case that Alvin Greene is the future of the Democrat Party.
Phil Davison appeared on tosh.o during the “Web Redemption” segment and actually came across as a pretty decent guy who just took it a little over the top.
