The FBI is continuing to stonewall congressional oversight of the agency’s investigation into a pair of pipe bombs found at the Democrat National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.
On Wednesday, House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee re-upped demands for a comprehensive briefing on the two-year-old case over which the FBI has refused transparency.
Earlier this month, an FBI whistleblower told the Washington Times the FBI identified the vehicle the suspect entered shortly after planting the bombs but has not pursued the individual.
“The FBI had surveillance video that showed the person entering a car with a visible license plate after exiting a Metro stop in Northern Virginia,” the Times reported.
I’m just gonna say it out loud, they ain’t pursuing the suspect because it’s one of them…
I wonder what percentage of FBI involved operations that make the news, involve them being materialy involved in the plot… Don’t what the number is, but it sure feels like it’s more than half.
Man they were pretty rampant in the late 70’s with infiltraiting groups and then building cases and burning them down.
There was a joke at the time where they were guessing 1/4 of these guys in any organization KKK, Bikers, White Supremisists were one of three letter alphabet Agents, DEA, ATF or FBI.
That was the 70’s, from what I’m seeing they are off the chain now and anything goes.
In these cases, the FBI says paid informants and undercover agents are foiling attacks before they occur. But the evidence suggests — and a recent Human Rights Watch report on the subject illustrates — that the FBI isn’t always nabbing would-be terrorists so much as setting up mentally ill or economically desperate people to commit crimes they could never have accomplished on their own.
Well if it is entrapment, think about this; “What was the FBI willing to do to their own Agents in the recent “Whisteblower” case?”
Because if you look at what they did to their own, WTF do you think they would do to you?
They completely left the reservation and are now the Brown Shirts for Democrats.
I’m still puzzled how their actions don’t meet the legal definition of entrapment however.
“Government agents may not originate a criminal design, implant in an innocent person’s mind the disposition to commit a criminal act, and then induce commission of the crime so that the Government may prosecute.” Jacobson v. United States, 503 U.S. 540, 548 (1992)
Sure seems like it to me. How is this not sufficient to get their crap overturned?
The fabricated concepts of entrapment and unlawful arrest just point to how corrupt things are. The determination that the idea for the crime originated in the minds of the LE involved should kick off arrests and charges under kingpin and racketeering statutes while the determination there was no lawful basis fir an arrest should launch the same festivities for kidnapping and extortion.
When Bud Lite decided to go off the rails we defunded them, it worked and it seems to be working with Target also.
You have to defund them, that will have the same effect as a ballpean hammer between the eyes.
Let them sit in a crumbling Hoover building with no lights, heat or A/C they’ll come around when there’s no pay days anymore.
Start voting for and electing aggressive hardcore libertarians who believe in individual rights and freedoms. As long as you keep voting for repubacrats you’re gonna keep getting more of the same.
