Looks like the ATF is stalling for time, probably hoping we will back off.

We didn’t win, just got postponed until they can slip it through when no one is looking.

Exactly. Given today’s SC ruling (9-0) that government bureaucrats don’t have to give notice or take comments when changing interpretations we are getting excited about nothing.
