Much appreciated sir! Dudes in mil tend to use a lot of supplements, 90% either worthless, or worse, counter to their actual goals as soldiers.
Although not mil specific per se, this book can save a lot of wasted time and $$$ on supp choices for anyone using supps for some performance edge, etc.
I just caught this post. I might try to pick that up. 
I’ve never really studied any supplements or anything. I just excercise and not treat my body like shit.
So I’ll be sure to post if your book helps me out. 
I’ve been wanting specifically to work on my cardio lately, and I hope I can get some good info about which vitamins will help there.
I walk 100 stories on a stair master a day. Hopefully I can start running them soon.
For a dude like 148 lbs. (actually 190… but I used to weight 148) who never used to excercise I think that’s decent.
