Recently broke a belt loop on a RCS double mag pouch (used several times a week for about 2 yrs).

Wrote to Jay about it. He advised they use thicker kydex for the loops now.

He sent me replacement loops for all my RCS gear, at no cost.

(the new loops appear much more robust)

So, THANKS to Jay and RCS for great service after the sale.

It’s certainly comforting to see a company that stands behind their products nowadays! I’ll certainly keep them in mind when I’m looking for some new stuff!
