A few days ago, I ordered some small parts from BCM to finish two current rifle builds. I had some problems with a new BCM upper cycling and I read that BCM recommends an H-0 A5 buffer. I ordered a KeyMod sling mount and 2 A5 H-0 buffers. Two days later, I received a package with the sling mount and one buffer. I checked my order to see if one of the buffers was on backorder or it was an oversight on BCMs side. I didn’t see any backorder status so I sent them an email. About 15 minutes later I received a reply and told them of the situation. They sent me a form to fill out and told me that they would review their shipping cameras.
Well before I could fill out the return form they sent me I received a tracking number from BCM! Two days later, I received the second buffer and a hat!
So hats off to BCM (HA!) for their great customer service! This could have went several ways considering they could have said that I was trying to scam them for another buffer. I am happy that they rectified the problem and forever a satisfied customer.
