testing with the IMI 77gr OTM razor core

hi guys, i mostly just read here but was curious if there has been any testing done with the IMI 77gr OTM round that wideners has been selling. it seems like a typical run of the mill 77gr OTM with canallure but would love to see get testing too.

thanks in advance.

As Wideners descriptions says, it’s a Sierra Matchking, so any previous gel testing with that bullet should be indicative of the performance of the IMI load.

This IMI 77gr OTM should yield the same results as Mk262 or Black Hills 77gr 5.56 OTM load. They are supposed to be an exact clone so they achieve the same velocities and use the same bullets.

ah geeze, i forgot all about that little detail…off to search that out. thanks guys.

I’ve been shooting some of this IMI Razor Core from a 20" Larue with pretty favorable results.

I have been able to consistently hold right at, to a little under 2moa from a bipod out to 710 yards. (I’m not the best shooter…)

Temp was about 85 degrees, wind light and variable.

Target is 12" across, each line is 1". 1 round is up in the gray square on the backer.

This is what it took to get out there.

This is the setup. Just a rolled up vest under the stock for a squeeze bag. Scope is a Secret Service surplus straight 10X Leupold.
