So did anyone catch the premier of Ted’s new show on Discovery?
I was not even aware that he had a new show much less on the Discovery channel. I caught it when I got off work and have to say I enjoyed it. I cannot stand the other Discovery shows Sons of Guns and American Guns.

In the first episode he goes from his ranch (77 miles from where I grew up) to LaRue Tactical to pickup a new PredatAR 7.62 for a hunt then travels to UT to visit Barnes Bullets.
I caught it by accident and watched some of it. Damn he is funny! He is sooooooo non-PC and just calls like it should be that even if I thought him and the show was cheesy I know that the libtards are watching to be haters and are being enfuriated by his manner and rhetoric which makes me love the show!!!. I laughed out loud alot! Go NUGE! KILL and GRILL!!!
Mark LaRue appeared to be the big sponsor and Todd got to play spotter to the nuclear explosion created by the PredatAR.
The preppers in their Militia Oompa Loompa outfits was a little disturbing, but fun overall.
I could care less what the show does, I just want to hear Ted say things that will make the PETA folk cringe:p
He was on an episode of Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations once. Tony went down to the ranch to shoot a bunch of NFA stuff with Uncle Ted . . . his hipster, libtard, foodie fans about had their heads explode.
I could see Anthony and Ted actually getting along. I think they both call a spade a spade, like to argue and like to cook… of course Anthony would be drunk and Ted would be sober… maybe not:eek:
Thats actually what Bourdain said about him. Even though they are polar opposite he still enjoyed hanging with uncle Ted because he calls it like he see’s it…just like Anthony.
I think that we’ve covered this ground before in a different thread. Nugent has a problem with the truth and likes to misrepresent his relationship with .mil.
Ted is a celebrity, i.e. a self promoter to entertain, and he should not be judged by the same ethos as guys in “The Teams” he is not suppose to be a quiet professional he is suppose to be a loud and abrasive burr under the saddles of the libtards and he does that quite well! If he helps get people interested in 2A, shooting and hunting and pisses off the gun haters and PETA then who cares if he poses a little bit.
Who said that he was expected to be quiet or professional? My post is about a jerk who runs around telling people at the SHOT Show that he trained SEALs and Secret Service Agents, and how he got busted when he told one too many lies. I’m judging him based on the basic standards of decency. Do you really want a compulsive liar as your industry representative?
I had it on mute while listening to Pandora but really liked it when the weapons went flying out of the ATV to the sound of the Marshal Tucker Band.
I also need to catch up on what the deal is with the Oryx they appeared to be hunting…some legislation was just passed in TX where their harvesting may be limited now?? This state brings them back from minimal numbers world wide to a freak’n surplus and the anti hunters somehow got their hooks on this particular exotic??

Furthermore, I would really like to hear from some officers who have worked with Deputy Ted to know what kind of LEO work he actually does. The year ted got a student deferment, the Amboy Dukes were playing 300+ shows a year.Not to mention how he got out of shipping out the other time, but after that, he was nonstop on the road. My problem is that there are former and current Military on this sight. If someone tried the same shit “good ole uncle Ted” did, yuck, yuck. They’d be lambasted and fried on the open spit of public opinion. You cannot make up for a past act by simply trying to become one of the herd. But he’s not one of the herd, his self proclamation of being the herd master is not lost on me. He’s an egomaniac, with a narcissistic complex. He tries to make you like him by throwing Vets a bone now and then. He believes he’s above us, and for that reason he can kiss my ass. Quite frankly I grow tired of the culture club that exists on gun forums, the chosen few above the rest.
