I only knew the basics about the story until I saw a brutal A&E Investigative Reports about the incident. Holy crap. If I had done that I would retire from public life and work in an orphanage or something. But being a Kennedy, he has made a career of impugning the ethical credibility of any and all adversaries.
I am perpetually disgusted by the whole media, frumpy-housewife-driven fantasy about the Kennedy’s. The sooner they exit the national stage the better. I hope kids in following generations will not be subjected to starry-eyed Kennedy related disinformation.
While I don’t revel in the misfortune of others. In this case, I may make an exception. He was my Senator for TOO long amongst other sins.

I wish that EMK had lost an election long ago, but I wish cancer on no one.
Until you’ve sat across a desk from a doctor who told you that you’re going to die soon of cancer, I think you can’t understand what it’s like for either the patient or his family.
I have absolutely no use whatsoever for Ted Kennedy as a Senator, but I’d never rejoice in anyone being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Politically I despise everything he stands for.
My prayers however remain with him and his family. I know first-hand what they’re about to go through. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
As for the Senator…there but for the grace of God go I. We’d all do well to remember that.
