TDI KRISS

I’ve seen two of these at the range. Neither ran reliably. In both cases, the owner appeared monumentally pissed off.

I remain unable to find a purpose for a 16" bbl’d pistol-caliber weapon.

I’m wondering if it is ammo sensitive.

After the holidays, I’ll get it going and give a range report.

I’ve noticed that a lot of SMGs that are civvy-savvy have a lot of reliability issues. I’m only assuming it’s due to the weapons primarily being designed for fun-switches and not semi-auto firing.

I suppose I’ll find out.

Savior 6: Do you have the list of TDI-recommended ammo?

Did you ever get the Kriss? If so how have you liked it over the past couple of years? Did you get the recommended ammo you were looking for?

Earlier models had some issues that were addressed. I just put 500 rounds through mine including hollow point ammo and it ran just fine.
Ball ammo had no reliability issues while the hollow points did have minor issues. Still nothing to cry about.

I would take the Kriss in a CQC situation any day of the weak due to its accruacy and knock down power. I mean at 75 feet you could hit one spot on the target and hit the exact spot over and over as fast as you can pull the trigger. Cant really beat that. But to each his own.

No such thing.

I would love one of these with a short barrel, just for the novelty of it. But as another poster mentioned. I don’t really have a need for a pistol caliber carbine.

Exactly, doesnt say anything. Where are the pics? Where are the targets? Anyone can say anything…:o
