Tactical bolt action rifle picture thread

S/F,
Jeff

can you give us the model/specs on this one please? I’m not into prec bolt guns yet but I’m pretty sure this is what I need… txs

Accuracy International Artic Warfare (.308) with a Schmidt & Bender PMII 4-16x50 scope.

The scope mount, cheek piece, bipods, etc. are all Accuracy International. The sling is a Tactical Intervention Specialties quick cuff sling.

did i miss what caliber it’s in?

a post above

Accuracy International Artic Warfare (.308) with a Schmidt & Bender PMII 4-16x50 scope.

This is my first post on the forum, here goes:

Remington 700 LTR .308 with
Badger AICS bottom metal (Stock was inlet by GA Precision who rocks).
Badger Base and M40a3 rings,
GAP oversized “speed knob” bolt,
Leupold MK4 8.5-25x50 LRT M1 w/Illuminated Retical,
Harris Bipod,
B&T accushot monopod (can’t say enough good things about these),
Quick Cuff Sling,
Eagle Shooter Stock Pack.

Robar QR2 in .308 I did not like the M14 mag conversion.

Rem 700 PSS in .223 cut to 20" and put in a McMillan HTG. Just for practice and plinking but it is a lot of fun.

Tac Ops .308 in a McMillan A1-3

A1-3 next to the HTG for comparison. The Tac Ops was originally in an A5 stock. Since putting it into the A1-3 I have moved the scope forward about 1 inch.

Took my Remington SPS to the range today to see how well it could shoot and these are the results…

Its a great tack driver for sure and I really like how my cammo job came out.

Im not sure how my groups translate to a MOA but all are smaller than a dime and 2 are smaller than FDR’s grape

I finished a few rem 700s recently for a few buddies.

I just got get my potography down I dont do justice to anything I take pics of.

AMAC .50BMG Rifle

200yd group. I’m still working on it. I am sure I can tighten it up more.

Very nice. Single shot or internal magazine?

it is shell holder type single shot

Gotcha. Got a picture with bolt open?

no, but I’ll make a couple

Heres mine. McMillan built rifle. Sako action

Everything I need to have a good shooting time in just 1 bag and 1 plastic box.

Range Report

101 rounds between Federal Gold Medal 175gr and some handloads.

The next 2 pics are 5 round groups at 100yds while doing BZO with Federal GM. Disregard the lower 2 shots in the first pic.

The rifle is trully amazing. I managed to keep 3-4" groups at 300yds and 6-8" groups at 600yds. Not bad for a first timer.
