TA11 GH .308 and MWS

I have searched around for this but I haven’t found an answer.

How far would the BDC tree be off with a 16" bbl MWS firing 147gr ball military surplus?

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Are we talking 1 or 2 inches out to 400m or several inches compounding every step down the tree?

I have only shot mine to 400 on my 16" SCAR. To get good hits at 400, I have to hold for 450, if that tells you anything.

I wish Trijicon had a chart that said using X optic the BDC is Y amount of inches at Z yards.

For example. The 300m tick mark on the TA31 is for 8" of drop.

I use a TA31 on my 16" SCAR 17 and I can hit out to 550 without varying from the 5.56 reticle too much.
