I have a JRcarbine with a 7" free floating quadrail. Is it possible to change to a 12" - 15" forend? Jr carbine is built on a AR 15 platform. I was told by someone who suppose to be in the “know” that you could only replace it with the length it came with. But what if you are building your on couldn’t you put on the length you want?
