I’m new to the whole tactical flashlight thing, so i just bought a SW galaxy thinking it would fit a mount on my AR. It’s 1.5 inches diameter though.
I don’t understand the point of expensive tactical lights when a 20$ LED coleman from walmart functions just the same. What am i missing here.
You are missing that other people have different requirements. They also may have different things happen to them if their light fails.
If a $20 light works for you, that’s wonderful. Seriously, I mean that. It’s great that you do not need to spend a bunch of money. Other people’s needs tend to differ.
And now I’d recommend you stop posting for a bit and read more of the threads in this exact subforum.
