I found an old Dept of the Army survival manual in a box and broke it out hoping for a decent read. It is old (1986) but there is some good info in it. Anyone else have one??
I have one that is on “loan” from my Dad. Your cover looks in much better shape. Good stuff in there, but I need an updated book of similar content. I havent looked, but has the Army released a more recent version?
That’s the one the Army gave me and I still have. Loads of useful info in there. Pretty much covers all the basics of survival. Navigation, first aid, edibles and non edibles…
