SF is about to release the latest handgun weapon light. It is called the X300. It features the new CREE LED which has dramatically changed the LED world with its output and run time.

Excellent, I’ve been waiting for these to come out.
I think the x300 might work well as “Scout” style on a long gun. It should be powerful as 6v Scout style lights but a lot lighter…
Ive had one for a couple months now (Prototype) it run like a charm !!
What are your thoughts on using a X300 on a AR carbine? Will it at least give the same lighting capability as a Scout Light?
