This may be a stupid question but im genuinely curious, so bare with me. I recently purchased an X300 for my GLock 19 and took it out last night for a couple hundred rounds. Of course there is lots of fouling on the light as is to be expeted. BUT, im having a terrible time getting it off. Does anyone have any tried and true methods for cleaning this thing? I searched the topic and came up with nothing. But i do remember reading somehwere on this board that applying wax will help for future cleanings. Can anyone elaborate?
I too had to search for this a few weeks ago for my TLR-1.
Here is some great advice.

Toothpaste works wonders.

A thin film of petroleum jelly on the lens before you go shooting will help prevent/minimize fouling.
