Glad I got my G2X when i did, but then again, the prices were suppose to go up about a month ago and never did. so will have to wait and see on if they actually go up this time.

Got a Scout through Grant for $200, (2) E1L’s for $69 each, and a 6PL for $45!

Not to start the whole SF price/business plan discussion again, but what are they thinking? I know raw material prices are up, but those G2X and 6PX new flashlight increases are incredible! The only thing I can think of is that they had a low intro price to help the introduction of them and are now putting the screws to it.

I hope that this just emboldens a competitor to step up their quality and for there to be a truly worthy competitor. That US builder sounds interesting and if Fenix ever gets over their 100 function tailcaps and makes simple rugged models that would be interesting.

SF sent me a survey earlier this year, and by I can tell they took everything I said and just did the opposite.

I just bought a lnib one from the ee… The guy had 2 and they sold fast at $185 shipped. Just came in today.

I was just at the Impact Weapons Components site and couldn’t get the free shipping promo code (listed on the product page) to work. Said it wasn’t valid. Just me?

Dang. Not cool. I love Surefire, but someone needs to step their game up and give Surefire a run for their money. Right now there really isn’t a company that is in direct competition with them.

:eek: WHAT? 95 bucks for a G2X? Suddenly other options are sounding much less pricey…
I’m far from any expert, but it seems SF just may have leveled the playing field on themselves.

This year is going to seriously suck for me. :cray:

Any ideas as to what the increase is going to be on the X300? I was going to order one in a month or so to replace one of my Insight M6’s, looks like I’m about to do it now.
