surefire forend

A local store has a newer surefire forend (the DSF series) and I am hoping to get it for a decent price (about 100-200). The only problem is they do not know what type of shotgun it goes on to, and they have no box. I looked for a SN and could not find one. Is there any distinguishing marks to look for to find out what model this thing fits, and is it even worth it?

Dumb question… Why don’t you take your gun with you to the store??? Keep in mind that new ones for 870 or Mossey sell new for $215.

Its at walmart and this is one of the items they are knocking the price down for. But thank you for the heads up on prices. I only looked at surefires website and they stated msrp at $300+

Pop the forearm tube and nut off and try it that way.
