One of the dumber moves on MY part in recent memory, can be YOUR good fortune! I bought a Surefire E1B last week, thinking SURE it would fit one of my light mounts. It doesn’t. 
Basically, the package was opened, the light looked at, and that was it.
This goes for $140 - $150 new; my dumb mistake can be your GREAT new light, for $125.
