In the current issue, Fall 2011, there is a decent article on disaster prep titled “Recipe for Disaster” P.28. It gives several different examples of bug out bag contents and situations. Good read. Sorry I can’t find it anywhere on line.
Just a general caveat, filter the info & use what is useful discard what isn’t (like Bruce Lee’s paradigm) to your rational/logical brain. There’s a lot of FLUFF out there and Surefire Combat Tactics is not the “Holy Grail” for info.
Busted many a phoney there & the publishers know it.
While I didn’t agree with everything, it was a interesting read.
