I have a new 14.5 bcm upper with perm. Surefire mb556k attached. I’m a little nervous using my cmmg conversion kit in it because I don’t want the .22lr striking the inside of the muzzle brake. Does anyone use a conversion kit with this brake? I clean my weapons after every outing, so I’m not concerned with fouling. Also I know my 1/7 barrel isn’t ideal, but I’d use it inside 25yrds for drills, not precision. Kit is the newer ss evolution model. Dedicated .22 upper is obviously best, but I already have the kit… Thanks in advance.
