Its mainly the tail cap. The 952v has a push button along with a tape switch, so when its on the gun you can either push the tail cap or the tape switch. The 620v is just the tape switch, so when its on the gun you have to push the tape switch.
The heads are basically the same, as for the rest, its the same differences between the scout and millennium series.
Scout is less bulky than the millennium, and weighs less
Scout (600 series) has MANY more mounting options than the millennium, but the 620 has the same mounting pattern as the millennium so there’s a limit on the mounts available.
The millennium has a dual activation tailcap, with both a push button and a cable plug (as well as tailcaps with a push button, built in tape switch, or cable plug). Scout has either a push button or cable plug.
Also, on the secondary market the m952v tends to be less expensive than the m620v. My m952v ran me $235 and my m600v was pieced together for $275. I’ve seen m600vs and m620vs running closer to $350
