Is your neighborhood lacking homies bustin’ fowties & smokin’ blunts on the front porch? Not for long!
I am not super familiar with this one, can anyone fill me in?
There’s a chance that your new neighbors will be bustin’ fowties of malt likka & smokin blunts on their front porch.
And the cloud of doom keeps pouring down on America. Awesome.
We are doomed.
This is a step towards a major Obama goal of FORCING communities to pay for “low income” (Section 8) housing. He is attempting to “seed” communities with those who are at polar opposites. Kinda like the backdoor seeding of “humanitarian refugees” (i.e. Central America and Middle East).
So, I pursue the, long dead (it appears), American dream of working my butt off to better myself. I want to move up and out of an area with a bunch of dead beats where crime, laziness and basic dumb-assery exists on an hourly basis. I achieve my goal, just so Obama can GIVE deadbeats that which I worked for. Which, of course, will likely result in a degradation of my community.
Thank God, I’m in area that is rural and dispersed. I honestly feel really, really bad for my friends (and you other good folks) who will feel the result of this decision.
Here you go. Try not to blow a gasket.
HUD Proposes Plan to Racially, Economically Integrate Neighborhoods
The Department of Housing and Urban Development has proposed a rule to desegregate U.S. neighborhoods.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development has proposed a new plan to change U.S. neighborhoods it says are racially imbalanced or are too tilted toward rich or poor, arguing the country’s housing policies have not been effective at creating the kind of integrated communities the agency had hoped for.

Obama set to force affordable housing into affluent communities
President Obama wants to “diversify” wealthy neighborhoods in America, and his administration plans to to force affluent communities to accept affordable housing, such as Section 8.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is set to release new regulations that would set aside taxpayer money to build cheap housing for poor people in richer areas. Under the rules, the federal government would be able to overrule zoning laws of more than 1,200 local governments and force communities to comply.
A recipe for disaster.
Now you will have crackheads burglarizing nice houses and they don’t even have to drive across town to do it anymore.
Meanwhile there is already a decades-old Supreme Court ruling (IIRC) that the police have no obligation to protect the public, and you see where this is going.
On top of it all, with the unfettered influx of illegal aliens, now it will be Mexicans and OTM’s camping out in your neighborhood, breaking in to your home while you are at work, and they will have more rights than you do. They will have a right to all of your stuff but you will not have the right to say crap about it, defend yourself, or raise any other objection.
Good money says that we are entering a phase where the average citizen will be forced to take care of things without involving the legal system.
It’s going to get UGLY.
Sounds like good times are coming gentleman.
Actually, the police have a duty to the public at large, but no duty to individual members of the public, absent a special relationship:
“[t]he duty to provide public services is owed to the public at large, and, absent a special relationship between the police and an individual, no specific legal duty exists.” - Warren v. District of Columbia, 1981.
How do police establish a special relationship? By promising to deliver police services to a specific member of the public - the Judge has death threats and officers are assigned to protect him, they leave their posts and he is killed - oops! ‘Man, we will make sure your husband doesn’t come back to harm you any more, we will have a car down the street.’ - better have one and the guy better not go to sleep.
Kind of very basics of the concept.
This is probably the most far-reaching SCOTUS decision that came out today, beyond the absurd Obamacare subsidy affirmation.
Yes, this and the related goals of HUD are going to destroy many currently nice areas and prevent new ones from coming into being. I’m glad that my neighborhood of 1-acre lots is nearly all built out and therefore not likely to get the pain of this, soon at least. We had another house on our list that was similarly nice and in the same price range, but two blocks from a trailer park that had a meth lab bust the week before. Pass. Didn’t even bother with a showing.
No reasonable person can doubt that Obama and his cronies are using the Cloward-Piven strategy. I would also like to draw your attention to the deep family connections to communism of his chief advisor Valerie Jarrett:
We can’t fix things today, but knowing is half the battle.
I’m thinking this may be a good thing for me. My neighborhood has 3 section 8 complexes so I’m guessing some of those folks may move to nicer diggs and let my home values rise again and calm the schools some. LOL!!
Barry’s . . . War on The Middle Class and War on Suburbia rages on.
Perform a Google image search of “feral houses Detroit”, that is what CONUS will look like once it’s all said and done.
This for the Win !
I’m thinking a lot of folks are soon to have some interesting new neighbors and the crime rate is gonna soar.
