Superior Arms S-15 Flattop M4

Hello everyone, this is my very first AR build and AR. I have a very gracious wife that gave me a stripped Superior Arms lower for Christmas. I mentioned it several months ago about buying one to build, I didn’t know that she would actually get me one. So Christmas came and I got it, I was pleasantly surprised.

I have started my build and waiting on my upper. I am purchasing an almost complete upper to put onto my lower.

I am building this AR for an all purpose rifle for everything that it can handle as I don’t currently have a rifle. I wanted something that was easy to handle, accurate and would hold up to abuse. I wanted to use my local gun shop and local manufacture for this build since I am a supporter of supporting local businesses. So that led me to Superior Arms for the build.

I know Superior Arms is not one of the biggest manufactures of AR’s but they are local and offer a product that can stand up to abuse. I know of several people who have their AR’s and would not trade them for anything, so I went with them.

Looking good! Nothing wrong with Sa in my opinion but I might be biased

I am finishing up a SA lower next week myself once the stock gets in (Vltor Imod). I am topping mine with a 14.5" Centurion Arms upper. I do intend to drop in a Geissele SSA trigger, and throw an Aimpoint on top to finish everything off.
