Taking my jump into acquiring my first 6.8 upper for some hunting and just have a quick question about the Stag 6.8 upper with front A2 front iron sights and hunting scopes. Do you get a slight sight picture distortion or magnification focus problems from front iron sight when engaging your targets. Any in-put or opinions on this issue would be helpful. Just wondering because I did have small issue when using ACOG with A2 front iron sight.
The front sight will probably cause some distortion but sometimes will not be to much of an issue. I don’t care for it myself. you could change the front sight to a folding type.
I have an A.R.M.S. folding front sight gas block on this rifle.
