These are the terms of a potential SPF, contingent upon agreement by the potential purchaser, posted for them to quote and agree to in public forum, and for me to be bound by, in public forum:
-A down-payment totaling half of the purchase price will be shipped before the end of this business week, to serve in its full amount as a down-payment.
-I will hold the scope for you until April 10, 2015. If you have not submitted COMPLETE REMAINING payment by then, I will re-list it for sale and your initial deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED.
-I will not refund your deposit if you change your mind/encounter an inability to make the second half of the payment/etc. Literally the only way I will refund your deposit, is if the optic is somehow stolen from my possession, or I otherwise cannot ship it to you for reasons outside of human control. (It will NOT be re-sold before April 10, 2015, I will NOT accept “bids” on this item for a higher price than we agree upon. I will NOT sell this optic to ANYONE/ANY ENTITY other than you, or keep it for myself, or do anything with it OTHER than store it as safely as possible, and then ship it immediately to you, provided the second half of payment is submitted with verifiable proof on or before April 10, 2015.)
-If you make payment but it is somehow lost in transit, tracking verification will be used to verify that payment was not delivered due to circumstances outside of ordinary, and beyond your control. I would request that you pay with a personal check for that reason. If it is lost in the mail, it can be voided and another immediately sent out, upon finding that the initial check was lost in the mail. All payments to be mailed via USPS Priority. Optic will ship insured for purchase-price, via UPS.
