Well I was finally able to track down a BCM Middie and so I need to let his one go. I have a 16" LMT upper with a Larue 7.0 carbine length rail (this is the newer rail with the integral QD mount).
I have only fired two boxes of XM193 through this upper for function check.
In the interest of full disclosure I would not call this upper NIB and it’s probably not for the “fit and finish” crowd, but what LMT really is. 
I mounted a Larue Aimpoint mount as well as a Larue BUIS on it. There is also a “scratch/ rub” for lack of a better term on the barrel where it slid on the shooting table when I laid it down. It cleaned up with some CLP but it is still visible. The rail has been covered with Magpul XTM rail covers and is in excellent condition. I only mounted a Larue off-set flashlight mount on the left hand side.
The upper does not include a BCG or CH but it is priced to move at SPF for $800. XTM Rail covers pictured not included.
I will accept MO or Cashiers Check (personal checks are ok but I will hold the upper until funding clears my bank). Funds must be sent out with in one day of “I’ll take it.”

I apologize for the lower qualiy pics. My good camera is packed up to move and all I had was my old digital. The upper is in very good to excellent condition and I do not abuse my gear. I did not want to go through and remove all of the XTM panels at 0400 when I took the pics but trust me the rail is flawless and has been protected since I purchased it.
If someone purchases the upper and is not 100% satisfied I will return the payment via MO asap, but they have to be unhappy about something that they feel was not disclosed in the original ad.
Only trades I am interested in are a Larue 9.0 (excellent or new condition), Aimpoint T-1 with Larue tall mount, LMT or Noveske lowers (complete or stripped), Magpul UBR.
You can make offers I just can’t say I’m in the market.
