We were out shooting some Pistol Sunday. This quote came to mind…
Hornets/Wasps were buzzing the hell out of us. I found a mesquite bush/shrub thingy with a dozen of them hanging out and crawling on the branches.
I put my gloves on and placed a pound of tannerite right by the hornets. BOOM! Blew the whole thing to bits. Busted branches and bark stripped off of them. No more hornets… beautiful 
Awesome! Overkill can be such a beautiful thing.

In order to make up for the plant damage, we hauled out a bunch of trash that other idiot shooters left out there.

I would rather mess with 3 snakes than 1 wasp.
Years ago some buddies and I were going up the river in a boat to shoot guns when we saw a huge “red wasp” nest on a tree limb just above the water. So, we pulled our 12 gauges out loaded with birdshot and divided the nest into quarters. We drifted to about 12-15 feet of the nest, and on the count of 3, we all fired at our quarter of the nest.
There wasn’t a piece of wasp or nest left, completely obliterated.
Wish I could get rid of them from under the eaves of my house that way…

I know… I was shooting with my dingy woman… We hadn’t gone out to shoot together in a while. After the explosion she decides she should have filmed it on her smart phone. :rolleyes:
Smart phone, dumb broad.
I love this. The best part is he appears to be right int he middle of a densely populated neighborhood. No idea how the fire dept, police dept & SWAT team weren’t called on him these days.
