I’m basically looking for any other PC’s that are like the JPC2.0 Y-shaped hypalon connectors from the shoulder to the plate bags. I’ve seen the Ronin but it isn’t setup for a placard system.
Only reason I’m not going with the JPC yet is because I don’t need the zip on back ability and I plan on putting an arbor arms cummerbund system so I don’t need the skeletal system the only part of it I want is the hypalon connectors. Otherwise I’ll probably just go with a VS LEPC and save a couple bucks.
I’ve never used the Hypalon version, only the standard one which does great with a lightweight loadout (I’d go with the Scarab if running a heavy loadout).
Didn’t like the JPC 1 or 2, as I’m an average height guy and the straps seemed too long for me, my buddy is 6’1" and has both

Also, the tactical tailor fight light plate carrier looks like a good option.
The shoulder strap design of the Scarab is the best I have ever worn.
And this is from a guy who has worn a JPC for 5ish years.
