What kind of message are you getting when you are trying to open it? Try deleting your cache files. You could also try entering their IP address in your browser. The IP address for them is 174.122.21.75
They probably blocked your IP due to excessive ammo looking!

Site works as it should for me too. I just placed an order there last night and everything is going the same as always… order update emails and shipping/tracking info emails.
Yep the problem is on your end. Reboot ,delete cache or try another web browser!
