Solutions for preventing thread on suppressor from loosening?

I just got my first suppressor and I can’t get through a mag without the suppressor coming loose.

Is there anything I can do to help mitigate this? Or am I stuck checking the can every mag?

FYI it’s a Gemtech MultiMount mounted on a M&P9 with factory barrel (M13.5x1LH)

I would start by contacting Gemtech. I have a Tundra suppressor and can’t really say that I have had any issues.

I have a SWR Trident, does the same thing. I have to put Teflon Tape on the threads. That holds it pretty good. :slight_smile:
