I have a 10.5 Noveske upper with the DD RISII rail. Factory Noveske upper which had the RIS II added after. It has a POF muzzle brake, LWRC Skirmish sights, Nickel Boron Nib-X BCG. The bolt is the factory fit to the barrel and is HP MP tested. The only difference between the pics and the one you will get is I am keeping the Gasbuster charging handle. It will be replaced with a plain one. Any questions at all, PM me.
