SOLD - Rainier Arms 15" Evo free float rail - $170 shipped [NEW CONDITION]

Sold Sold Sold Sold!!!

I am selling a once-installed Rainier Arms 15" Evo Rail (Made by Samson for Rainier). It is a rock solid rail that is an excellent product and VERY light weight that I am only selling because the new BCM KMR is even lighter and has keymod attachment points. Otherwise, this is an EXCELLENT product which is also in excellent condition. It was purchased from Rainier in late December of 2013 and has not been abused. It also has an additional set-screw on the bottom of the locking bulge to provide additional insurance against the rail shifting it’s position under very hard use (read: abuse). This is a recent change (implemented in the last few months.

Comes in factory box with all factory hardware (rail sections, sling mount, etc.). I’ll also include a sealed one-time use mini-tube of Blue Loctite. It would be more than adequate for a complete install of the rail and ALL rail sections, with some still leftover. This pouch does not come from the factory, but I am including it with this sale. The screws were previously loctited so the old threadlocker appears as a white-ish residue on the threads and will need to be cleaned off before this rail is installed on your gun.

See my review (with pictures of this EXACT rail) here:

Also, my review has the individual weights of all the components aside from the rail sections. This rail is lighter than a 15" Troy rail by almost 2oz if you include the sling mount. This is also lighter than the Samson Evo rail by nearly 2oz as well, due to the additional lightening machine work done specially for Rainier (per their design).

Lockup is ROCK solid. It was so solid, I had to put my upper in a vice to get the rail to slide off AFTER I removed all the clamping screws and dripped some FireClean lube in between the heat sinks and the rail. I’m a big guy and it took quite a bit of pulling on my part. To achieve this level of strength on the install, just tighten the clamp screws until the sides of the clamp are touching or nearly touching with some blue loctite on the threads. Let the loctite set for at least 24 hours before shooting it and you’re golden.

PM me for offers. Paypal payment accepted (add 1.5%) and preferred. $170 shipped to you in new condition with the additional blue loctite packet. The rail is at least $196 shipped from Rainier WITHOUT the loctite (which they don’t sell).
