It’s moving time in the Wilson household and unfortunately in order to make it happen, I must part with some toys.
The prime item on the block is my beloved TA33 R-8 Trijicon ACOG in a beautiful LaRue mount.
This puppy is in a literal 10/10 condition, like-new in every way. It’s been brought to the range and fired exactly ONE time before I had to sell the rifle it was sitting upon, leaving it resting in it’s very nice Pelican case in the safe (included).
It’s a very sweet model of ACOG. At 3X magnification, it allows enough power to see out a ways while still being small enough to be very nice up close. For a more in-depth review, you may look HERE.
It also includes what I consider the perfect mount for it by LaRue Tactical. In addition to mounting it much more securely than the factory mount, it allows it to sit just a smidge lower, positioning it in a more natural position. In addition to that I’m including a Butler Creek front lens cap. When closed and have enough light, it allows you to use it almost as a reflex optic up to 20 or so yards.

This is absolutely perfect atop a 14.5" or 16" rifle. For a 20-300 yard lightweight scout carbine, there’s nothing better.
